Five East Greenwich School Committee candidates met in a candidates forum Oct. 16, 2014, at New England Tech. Hosted by East Greenwich News, the event was sponsored by the EG Chamber of Commerce and the EG Rotary Club. The candidates were Michael Fain, Christen Meyer, David Osborne, Jack Sommer and Yan Sun. Candidates David Green and Mary Ellen Winter were unable to attend due to previous commitments.
